Job Description
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Department in Astoria, Oregon.
The Columbia Memorial Hospital Emergency Department serves approximately 17,000 patients annually and functions as the region’s Level III trauma-designated center. The department handles high-acuity cases and operates with outstanding efficiency and clinical quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) year PA/NP experience
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate/Nurse Practitioner license
- Active unrestricted DEA Certificate
- ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications issued by the America Heart Association.
- Physician Associate Requirements
- Master’s or baccalaureate degree and completion of an ARCA-PA approved program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate license
- Nurse Practitioner Requirements.
- Master’s, post-master’s or doctorate degree in a nurse practitioner program accredited by CCNE or ACEN.
- Must be credentialed by CMH Professional Staff Department.
