You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing complex, high-value deals in a competitive enterprise environment. The role combines consultative selling, strategic account development, and solution positioning in a fast-evolving SaaS and data-driven landscape. You will help shape market penetration strategies while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion. - Drive new business acquisition across Life Sciences organizations, focusing on pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value enterprise opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets for advanced data and SaaS-based clinical solutions.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring disciplined progression of opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives through structured outreach, discovery, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate product value and differentiation.
- Own forecasting, reporting, and pipeline accuracy to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and ensure successful solution positioning and adoption.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong experience selling into Life Sciences organizations, including pharma, biotech, or CRO environments.
- Background in selling SaaS, AI, machine learning, data, analytics, or other advanced technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of clinical development and clinical trial workflows, including key stakeholders and industry challenges.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline development, deal negotiation, and revenue generation in subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting management.
- Competitive base salary range: $140,000 – $180,000 per year.
