This role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales enablement, and travel experience support, acting as a key touchpoint for customers throughout their booking journey. You will engage with prospects and existing clients across multiple channels, helping them discover, understand, and confidently book travel experiences. The position plays a direct role in driving revenue by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer journey. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will collaborate closely with global teams and local partners to resolve issues and maintain service excellence. - Serve as the first point of contact across phone, email, chat, and social channels, supporting customers throughout their booking journey.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing clear, accurate, and persuasive support.
- Handle pre-booking, post-booking, and travel-related questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with global partners and local hosts to ensure smooth booking management and issue resolution.
- Monitor multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot customer barriers to booking and resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
- Document, track, prioritize, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to deliver accurate customer guidance.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of the overall experience.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or customer advocacy roles in travel, hospitality, tourism, or service-driven industries.
- Experience in conversion-focused environments with proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs or booking targets.
- Familiarity with small group travel, hospitality, or adventure-based experiences is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across different customer interactions.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, CRMs, or support platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
- Experience working remotely and managing digital communication tools (chat, email, phone systems).
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in shifting priorities or high-volume workloads.
- Strong empathy, curiosity, and motivation to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Salary range: CAD $3,200 – $3,440 monthly, plus commissions.
