Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless performance, usability, and integration with business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem while supporting users across various departments.
This role requires demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud and CPQ, including the ability to create and maintain CPQ solutions within Salesforce. The candidate will be part of a small team of System Engineers and Administrators, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The position demands critical thinking, process optimization, and strong data design skills, with a focus on responsiveness, creativity, and execution. There is an opportunity for future growth within the company through cross-training on Netsuite and other systems.
Our technology environment includes Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPQ, Dell Boomi, and NetSuite. While experience in all is ideal, expertise in one or more is acceptable.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce and NetSuite solutions that address business challenges.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CPQ solutions within Salesforce.
- Assist with data analysis, report generation, and cross-training staff on system functionalities.
- Build, test, deploy, and support both large-scale system designs and small enhancements.
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including permissions management, account creation, and batch data imports.
- Research and recommend related technologies and integrations to improve business efficiency.
- Participate in quarterly permission audits to ensure security and compliance.
- Uphold Allbridge’s core values by treating all customers, internal and external, with professionalism, honesty, and respect.
- Take ownership and accountability for role responsibilities, striving to deliver high-quality results.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Information Systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-modeling skills.
- Demonstrated experience in CPQ implementation and maintenance within Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and CPQ is required.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: NetSuite, Celigo, Dell Boomi, Tesorio, FloQast, Avalara.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
