Job Summary
The Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center is seeking a Laboratory Technician.

Responsibilities include but not limited to routine bench work, including preparation of solutions and pipetting; Processing tissue samples, including animal perfusion, tissue collection, and tissue cutting; Histological and immunohistochemical staining; Microscopic imaging: bright field, fluorescence, confocal imaging; Basic data analysis and data entry.

The position will also include ordering and tracking lab supplies, mouse colony maintenance and husbandry and assisting with animal procedures and postoperative care.

Preferred Education/Experience
Neuroscience-related major preferred. Laboratory research experience beneficial
