Overview

The Legal Assistant is responsible to assist our legal team mainly with the recurring tasks regarding the compliance of our internal processes and measures on the prevention of Anti money Laundering and Terrorism Financing and any other legal issues required.

Minimum required: Vocational Training

Preferred: Bachelor´s Degree: Degree in Law

Span of Control:

This position reports to: Manager, Legal and Compliance

Oversight: This position has no direct reports

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • AML Compliance recurring activities
  • Recurring tasks regarding the registration and data updating of customers within our system
  • Preparing contracts, KYC Forms and other documents required to initiate commercial relations with customers
  • Support the legal team when needed in any other legal tasks

Qualifications

Minimum required:

  • No previous experience required
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Knowledge in Law, Finance, and/or Administration. Any type of University Degree or Vocational Training will be valued

Preferred:

  • Previous work experience is preferred

Physical Demands/ Travel required

Work associated with this position is sedentary in nature and performed indoors at a desk both in an office setting and remotely.

Travel for this position is less than 10%
