Pay: $23.75
Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Document Scanning ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. Youll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiencyall while contributing to monthly profitability reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules and shift priorities
- Supervise 215 employees and temp staff
- Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues
- Coordinate shift transitions and monitor inventory
- Perform hands-on tasks when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a secure facility
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
