About This Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing advertising campaigns for clients in the USA, driving strategic planning to achieve business goals for both customer and the regional performance team. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to inform monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients. The manager needs to build strong partnerships with the marketing teams at top hotel brands and collaborate closely with account management teams at media partners. Additionally, this position requires the ability to optimize digital marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will also stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions tailored to the USA’s digital market. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential to this position for conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders.



KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management: Leverage advertising platforms such as Google and Yahoo to manage campaign activities across all client accounts in the USA, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives.Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and delivery of marketing strategies that help clients achieve their business goals, focusing on maximizing ROI and enhancing brand visibility.Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams at top hotel brands and media partners, to foster collaboration and drive campaign success.Performance Insights: Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and make recommendations, prepare detailed reports and leading to informed decision-making during monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients to guide their future marketing efforts .Customer Experience Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle.Promotion Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and effective targeting of key demographics.Platform Operations: Manage the operational aspects of digital marketing platforms, optimizing settings and configurations to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.Participate in training as assigned by the company.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance optimization.Proven experience in leading and managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Networking Services (SNS) campaigns, including familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.Experience in using Google Analytics and GA4 for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing performance.Business-level proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in the regional market.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Experience in managing client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.


Travel: Flexibility to travel for conferences, quarterly business reviews and last-minute travel, as needed. Includes overnight and international travel.
