We are looking for a Production Supervisor to assist on our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and some experience in paint processes to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on 2nd shift
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Train and mentor team members
• Oversee paint operations and maintain proper application standards
• Monitor inventory and workflow to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of paint processes and equipment a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
