Host/Food Runner at North Shore Cantina Inc – Rowley, Massachusetts

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Host/Food Runner to join our team! In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring smooth food service and an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waitlist
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and handle take-out orders
• Deliver food promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area at all times
