At Crescendo, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Support Teams in San Pedro Sula. This is a role for people who are curious, detail-oriented, and always looking to grow.
You’ll handle a variety of support cases that may include technical troubleshooting, software-related investigations, and customer concerns that require both analytical thinking and genuine empathy.
We value people who are disciplined, self-driven, and capable of working independently while still collaborating effectively with a team.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience across email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using available tools, systems, and knowledge resources
- Attend daily check-ins to review priorities and organize your workload
- Manage tasks, schedules, and priorities based on urgency and importance
- Follow established procedures, policies, and communication guidelines
- Research solutions when needed to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Navigate multiple platforms and tools to support customer needs
- Make sound judgment calls when handling varying case types
- Collaborate with teams and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related support role
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Must be based in San Pedro Sula
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology (web-based tools, computers, smart devices)
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and platforms
- High level of attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
