This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Project Manager - Edifecs Implementations in the United States.

This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on managing complex enterprise healthcare software implementations from end to end. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery execution. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will drive clarity, coordination, and accountability across all phases of implementation. The position requires strong governance, structured communication, and the ability to manage scope, risks, and timelines in highly regulated environments. You will also play a key role in resolving fit-gap issues, capturing customer feedback, and ensuring continuous improvement of delivery outcomes. This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly influences customer success and project performance across public and commercial sector engagements.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across healthcare and enterprise software environments, primarily within public sector programs such as Medicaid and federal healthcare systems.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle including requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation review.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, ensuring alignment between client expectations, project scope, and delivery execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery, product, support, and engineering to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and manage change control processes to address deviations between customer needs and solution scope.
  • Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and structured triage processes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and performance insights throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, documentation requirements, and implementation best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare software or enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and public sector implementations (e.g., Medicaid, federal programs).
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and knowledge of cloud-based solution architectures.
  • Prior experience with Edifecs strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication ability.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • PMP, PMI, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation.
  • Generous paid time off (17–27 days depending on tenure) plus 9 paid holidays annually.
  • Paid family leave and additional employee support programs.
  • Fully remote work setup with virtual interview and onboarding process.
  • Strong professional exposure to large-scale healthcare and public sector transformation projects.
  • Structured environment with opportunities for leadership growth and cross-functional collaboration.
