This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior HR Services Audit & Compliance Business Analyst in Ireland.
This role sits at the heart of global HR compliance and audit governance within a complex, multinational healthcare organization. You will be responsible for supporting and strengthening the HR Services audit and compliance framework across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, control effectiveness, and regulatory alignment. Acting as a key connector between global and local HR, payroll, and operations teams, you will help design and implement internal controls while driving audit readiness and risk mitigation activities. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across HR, compliance, IT, and business functions to ensure data integrity and operational compliance. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, managing audit findings, and supporting remediation efforts. This is a highly cross-functional and international role where your work directly contributes to governance, transparency, and operational excellence.
- You support the execution and coordination of global HR Services audit and compliance programs, ensuring alignment across countries and functions.
- You design, implement, and maintain internal controls for HR Services, ensuring consistency with global governance frameworks.
- You review and assess local HR internal controls, determining gaps and alignment with global standards.
- You oversee audit processes for HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and time & attendance security roles.
- You coordinate audit findings resolution and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement corrective actions.
- You manage HR risk reporting activities, including periodic assessments and global compliance reporting cycles.
- You design and execute pre-audit readiness assessments and ensure ongoing preparedness across HR operations.
- You contribute to the management of data security incidents by supporting communication and response planning.
Requirements:
- You bring 5–6 years of experience in HR, compliance, or audit roles, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational environment.
- You have strong HR domain knowledge combined with solid understanding of compliance, audit frameworks, and internal controls.
- You have experience working in global or multi-country environments with multiple stakeholders.
- You are familiar with HR systems such as Workday, payroll platforms, and time & attendance tools.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective control improvements.
- You are highly collaborative, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- You communicate effectively in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple compliance priorities simultaneously.
