Job Description
We are hiring a Cleaner / Porter to join our team. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. To work well in this role you should have basic experience Cleaning.MAIN JOB TASKS & REQUIREMENTS

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows
• Empty wastebaskets, replenish restroom supplies, replace light bulbs
• Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks
• Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
• Aid employees and visitors as necessary
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to complete tasks independently
