ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to multi-task and work versatilely within multiple departments as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
• Comfortable handling daily office operations and administrative overflow from various departments.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail from post office, including distribution
• Assisting with title processing
• Running errands as needed (bank runs, deposits, document drop-offs, etc.)
• Supporting corporate staff with general administrative tasks
• Helping ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Knowledge of property management (especially mobile homes/ RVs) is a major plus!
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
• Valid U.S. Driver's License (please be advised driving record is subject to background check)
• Reliable personal vehicle equipped for daily commuting to the office
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiently assess and prioritize assigned tasks
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional in conduct
• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Own a Personal cell phone that can be used for real-time communications, remote access to Company documents (if needed)
