This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales operations, and customer engagement, supporting a high-performing sales organization in driving growth and operational excellence. You will act as a key interface between Sales, Operations, Product, and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across the commercial lifecycle. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from pricing and bid support to order management and product rollout coordination. You will help standardize processes, improve commercial tools, and enable more efficient sales performance across markets. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will also engage directly with customers and partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction. In this role, you will support both strategic and operational sales activities by enabling efficient commercial processes and ensuring smooth execution across teams:
- Act as a central interface between Sales, Operations, Product Management, and customers to ensure alignment across commercial activities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance quotation, pricing, and calculation templates to support consistent sales execution
- Standardize system configurations and manage third-party product offerings for the local market
- Support bid approval processes, including documentation, pricing validation, and internal coordination
- Collaborate with international product teams on product launches, updates, and phase-outs
- Coordinate product catalog changes and communicate updates internally and to customers during key checkpoints
- Manage order setup, booking, tracking, and related commercial workflows
- Support invoice tracking, purchase order creation, and master data maintenance
- Analyze commercial and operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to rollout and upgrade project preparation and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
You bring a strong mix of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, ideally developed in a sales, business development, or sales operations environment:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related commercial field
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, Sales Support, or project-based commercial roles
- Strong analytical mindset with high affinity for numbers, processes, and structured working methods
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Teams, as well as pricing and quotation systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in international and interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-driven working style with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
