MAIN MISSIONS

Reporting to the Masterdata Manager and Industrial SC BPO, the Junior Master Data Manager plays a major role in the management and transformation of the Group's data. He/she guarantees data integrity and ensures that the Group's needs are met throughout the value chain.

As such, he/she will:

• Lead a team of 5 people in charge of data management (finished products, suppliers and other coded items).
• Be the central point and interface to 70 to 90 local relays (BUs and plants), 1,000 contributors and data owners.
• Ensure continuous improvement: data cleansing, cross-checking, hierarchies, and linking the database to systems.
• Guarantee data integrity and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Play a Business Process Owner role for master data management: evolution of management tools and workflows (internal and external), definition of standards and procedures, recommendation on local masterdata organization and development of skills

PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• You are proactive and autonomous.
• You have a strong sense of teamwork and ideally first experience in management.
• You have analytical and technical skills
• Understanding of business needs and problem-solving skills
• You have influence and communication skills
• English and French are a prerequisite
