About This Position
Role Purpose
The Product Marketing Coordinator is a high-ownership coordination role designed for a lean team that needs strong execution and follow-through, supporting the execution of product marketing initiatives across Sweet July brands. This role is responsible for coordinating launches, maintaining product information, and ensuring merchandising and channel execution is accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market Coordination
• Coordinate product launches, restocks, and promotions
• Maintain launch calendars, timelines, and checklists
• Track asset readiness (creative, copy, claims, product info)
• Confirm inventory readiness with Operations prior to launch
2. Product Messaging & Documentation
• Maintain SKU one-pagers and product information docs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels
• Support execution of product copy for: Shopify PDPs | Amazon listings | TikTok Shop product setup
3. Merchandising & Channel Execution
• Execute merchandising updates across: Shopify collections and PDP content | Amazon listings (with guidance) | TikTok Shop product setup and updates
• Support bundles, featured collections, and promotional merchandising
• Perform QA checks prior to launches and updates
4. Product Lifecycle Support
• Track SKU status (new, core, promo, slow-moving)
• Flag issues related to underperformance or excess inventory
• Support lifecycle initiatives such as re-merchandising and bundles
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as a day-to-day connector between Marketing, Creative, and Ops
• Track deliverables and follow up on deadlines
• Escalate risks or blockers to the Marketing Manager
6. Reporting & Tracking
• Maintain basic SKU-level reporting: Revenue| Conversion rate (where available) | Bundle / attachment performance
• Prepare summaries for weekly or monthly reviews
Requirements:Qualifications
Required
• 1–3 years in marketing, e-commerce, or product support roles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean environment
Preferred
• Shopify experience
• Amazon Seller Central exposure
• TikTok Shop familiarity
• Asana or similar PM tools

• Launches executed on time and in stock
• Accurate product content across all channels
• Reduced last-minute launch issues
• Clear visibility into SKU status and performance
