- Lead a small team of blockchain core engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and optimize MEV services and mempool transaction systems for blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
- Provide technical insight and establish best practices for working with validators and searchers.
- Drive strategies to increase productivity, engagement, and team growth.
- Work on specialized data analysis or technical research projects as needed.
- Ensure the team delivers scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
- 2+ years of experience managing an engineering team.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable distributed backend systems.
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with 2+ years specifically in MEV.
- Practical experience with Ethereum or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS.
- Proficiency in Go programming language and ability to read and modify blockchain core code (e.g., geth, bor, prysm).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Creative, independent, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
