- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support corporate governance, including board and committee matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- 5+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in-house or in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience supporting technology, defense, or government-related organizations
