The Maintenance Technician I plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and systems across the organization. This entry-level position focuses on performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure. The technician will work closely with senior maintenance staff to learn and apply best practices in mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. By maintaining a safe and functional environment, the Maintenance Technician I directly contributes to operational productivity and workplace safety. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
