Location: San Ramon, CA (5 days Onsite)

Job description:
Role Summary: Seeking an expert Workday Integration Architect to lead the technical team onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Complex Architecture: Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, maintaining high standards for error handling and data security.
• API Management: Manage and optimize Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and sophisticated XSLT transformations.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the full SDLC for integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support.

Key Requirements:

• Certification: Workday Integration or Studio Certification.
• Technical Expertise: Very good understanding of Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
