Ankiewicz Enterprises Inc. is looking to hire dedicated and dependable Laborers to support our Field Operations team on various heavy civil and utility construction projects. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day success of our job sites by performing a variety of essential tasksfrom site prep and cleanup to digging trenches and supporting skilled trades. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work and want to grow in the construction industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Clean and prepare construction sites for work
Pipe laying skills with the ability to set and maintain grade
Tend to basic machinery and heavy equipment under supervision
Experience with laboring with asphalt and concrete crews
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in implementing construction plans
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out assigned tasks efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Perform other labor duties as assigned based on project needs
Minimum 2 years of general construction or civil labor experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
Comfortable working in trenching, utility installation, and earthwork environments
Familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team
No specific education, licenses, or certifications requiredtraining is provided
