We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher 2nd Shift in our Fort Smith, AR office.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 4:00PM to 12:00AM Midnight with occasional overtime

Our Dispatchers receive emergency and non-emergency calls from customers and then dispatch the information to the appropriate members of the team.

Other responsibilities will also include:

    Scheduling work orders for completion Maintain accurate reports and logs of daily activities Monitor the SCADA System and alerting Gas Control of any alarms or problems regarding AOG’s pipeline system Use of the two-way radio system to quickly communicate information
Must haves:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills to include MS Office Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic mathematical skills A calm and compassionate demeanor Ability to work independently and address emergency situations
The position is covered under the D.O.T. regulations and Summit Utilities Drug and Alcohol Policy and is, therefore, subject to all terms of the Policy, including the random selection for drug testing.
