This role is essential in driving the success of clinical research projects, directly impacting the clients and teams you collaborate with. The successful candidate will oversee project teams and manage daily operations, striving for operational excellence and exceeding client expectations. Working within a specialized Biotech Division, you'll contribute significantly to running global clinical trials focused on innovative therapies. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, making it ideal for individuals passionate about improving health outcomes.
Accountabilities- Lead project teams to ensure efficient execution of clinical trials.
- Manage day-to-day project operations while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate team activities and resources for optimal project delivery.
- Maintain high-quality standards to exceed client expectations.
- Support the Biotech Division by addressing unique client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading Global Clinical Trials.
- Background in Project Management within CROs, Biotech, or Pharma companies.
- Experience in project scheduling and resource management.
- Knowledge of the full clinical development process, including regulatory submissions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
