About the RoleRLM Underground is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecom construction projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-through, and the ability to coordinate field crews, vendors, and clients in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day project operations, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely and on time
- Track project progress, materials, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding updates, changes, and expectations
- Review and approve project-related expenses in alignment with company policies
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and closeout packages
- Identify issues early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all assigned projects

Requirements:Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecom, utility, or construction project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to follow through on tasks and manage competing priorities
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Experience managing underground telecom or fiber construction projects
- Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and utility coordination
- Understanding of field operations and crew workflows
