What You’ll Be Responsible For
Who thrives here?
You likely have 2–4 years in SaaS Customer Success, onboarding, or account management.
You’ve:
You don’t need to be a developer. But if words like workflows, funnels, automations, integrations, and dashboards feel familiar, you’re in the right territory.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading structured onboarding Zoom calls for new clients
- Guiding clients through CRM setup, workflows, and marketing activation
- Ensuring websites, lead capture forms, and automations go live correctly
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts post-launch
- Monitoring client engagement and identifying churn risks early
- Delivering proactive check-ins and performance reviews
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve client outcomes
- Tracking progress and documenting actions within CRM systems
Who thrives here?
You likely have 2–4 years in SaaS Customer Success, onboarding, or account management.
You’ve:
- Run live Zoom calls with clients
- Worked inside a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Managed multiple accounts at once
- Helped clients actually adopt the systems they paid for

Job Details:
- Location: Hartlepool, UK (In-office, Full-time)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
