The Lutheran Home, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is hiring a Senior Admissions Coordinator to support admissions and occupancy growth within our senior living community. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through calls, tours, and events
  • Support occupancy goals by identifying and qualifying prospective residents
  • Coordinate admissions, including documentation and move-in readiness
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
  • Track and document all activity in CRM systems
  • Participate in community marketing events and outreach efforts
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the admissions team
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience in marketing, admissions, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations

Schedule Requirements

  • Sunday–Thursday, onsite
  • Occasional evening events required
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Holiday participation required
