Public Space / Lobby Attendant at Wurzak Hotel Group @ Home 2 Suites – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Public Space/Lobby Attendant to support Housekeeping Department at our gorgeous property, HOME2 Suites Philadelphia Convention Center located at 1200 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the lobby, restrooms, public space to include the patio, front of the hotel, Spin Cycle/Gym area in a clean, tidy, and organized manner, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, mopping floors, trash removal.

Cleaning and Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize public areas, including bathrooms, restrooms, and hallways, following brand standards and regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby furniture – report any tears, stains or broken furniture to management.
Maintain the cleanliness of breakfast area after the breakfast staff shift is over.
Spin Cycle Area
Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and Spin Cycle area; sanitize all workout equipment.
Report Issues:
Report any damage, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest complaints to management promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:
The Company may consider equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below.

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with guests.
Attention to Detail: Able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Physical Stamina: Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift, push, and pull items.
Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving Skills: Able to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of related experience as a Public Space/Lobby Attendant or Commercial Cleaner
Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
