We’re searching for a UKbased Senior Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE) team, so that we can strengthen global marketing delivery through highimpact creative solutions and improved design workflows.

The Senior Marketing Designer will lead creative concept development, execute multichannel design work, and enhance the team’s capabilities through AIenabled processes to elevate brand consistency and accelerate campaign execution.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leading creative concept development across campaigns, digital channels, events, and largeformat materials to strengthen global brand impact.
  • Developing highquality visual assets—print, digital, motion, and web—in order to support regional and global marketing initiatives.
  • Leveraging advanced design tools and AI workflows to optimise creative production and improve efficiency across the team.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver tailored creative solutions aligned to business needs and usercentric design principles.
  • Providing expert feedback, guidance, and documentation to enhance creative standards, brand consistency, and team capability.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in design, ideally within B2B or global environments.
  • Proven success in delivering highimpact creative solutions across multichannel campaigns and largeformat event materials.
  • Indepth knowledge on how to apply AIdriven tools and advanced design software to optimise creative workflows.
  • Sincere interest in innovation, brand evolution, and AIenabled design transformation.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a fastpaced, global marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, technical expertise, and usercentric design thinking.
