Oracle R2R Functional Consultant at Jobgether – United States

This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned ERP professional to lead and contribute to complex financial system implementations. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes within Oracle environments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. Working in a fully remote and collaborative setting, you’ll engage with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that support critical business functions. The position combines functional expertise with strategic thinking, allowing you to influence system architecture and financial workflows. You’ll be involved in all phases of implementation, from discovery to post-go-live support. • Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple project cycles
• Configure and manage Oracle R2R modules, including General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management
• Design and maintain key financial structures such as Chart of Accounts, ledgers, accounting rules, and workflows
• Drive and optimize month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and support financial reporting using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and SmartView
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Tax, and Projects modules
• Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live, as well as post-implementation hypercare activities
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOX standards, and accounting regulations

• 6+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP, with a strong focus on R2R modules
• Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, SLA, Fixed Assets, and intercompany accounting
• Hands-on experience with financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion (preferred) or Oracle EBS environments
• Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment
• Oracle Fusion certification, experience with EPM/FCCS/ARCS, or basic SQL knowledge are considered a plus
