This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly support customers and dealers in optimizing the performance and efficiency of advanced agricultural products and technology. You will be a key resource in educating users, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring exceptional experiences across the dealer network. The position involves a mix of hands-on technical engagement, customer interaction, and collaboration with peers to drive satisfaction and adoption. By providing insights, training, and support, you will influence both customer success and business growth. - Support customers and dealers to maximize the use and efficiency of products and technology offerings
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and education initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with dealer network and peers to improve customer satisfaction and optimize performance
- Assist with customer visits to build relationships, collect feedback, and identify leads
- Execute administrative tasks, including metrics tracking, reporting, and documentation of lead generation, training, and demonstrations
- Coordinate and participate in events such as clinics, farm shows, dealer events, and training sessions
- Act as a subject matter expert on product features, technology applications, and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support within the agricultural industry
- Hands-on experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of agricultural technology products
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of agronomy and dealer-based sales or ag/industrial equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or distributed work environment
