- Perform system administration and governance, managing the full environment lifecycle including Solution Workbench migrations, upgrade cycles, performance tuning of the application server/SQL database, and user/field-Level security management.
- Engineer modern integrations by building and maintaining scalable connections between Kinetic and external 3rd-party platforms utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks; Develop AI-driven integrations for process automation (preferred only when most applicable).
- Execute the final phases of the Epicor Kinetic rollout and related platforms, collaborating with user groups across Operations, Sales, and Finance to leverage under-utilized Epicor functionalities and resolve existing process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Provide ongoing user support of Epicor Kinetic resolving functional, technical and operational issues.
- Collaborate with business units to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while identifying and developing opportunities for automation and standardization of existing processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain all IT-supported application systems aside from the Epicor ERP ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentations, and lead “train the trainer” sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of leading or playing a lead technical role in at least one full end-to-end Epicor implementation or a major version upgrade to Epicor Kinetic.
- Deep functional knowledge of Epicor Kinetic core modules across Sales, Supply Chain, Production and Finance, with emphasis on configuration and optimization of MRP, BOM/MOM, Production Scheduling and Logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in Epicor Kinetic system administration, including environment management, user/field level security governance, and performance tuning.
- Experience in integrating Epicor with 3rd-party platforms using REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to connect Kinetic with 3rd-party platforms and emerging AI/API services (preferred).
- At least 5 years of work experience in Epicor ERP, with at least 2 years of hands-on mastery in Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing environment, specifically using Application Studio, Solution Workbench, Microsoft Report Builder, SSRS, SSMS, and database systems like SQL server.
- At least 2 years hands-on mastery in creating and maintaining BPMs (method and data directives), BAQs and SSRS Reports; Proficiency in C# and the Kinetic database schema for server-side customizations and specialized business logic.
- At least one year hands-on experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Epicor visualization products like EDA (Epicor Data Analytics), EDD (Epicor Data Discovery), and FPA (Financial Planning and Analysis).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and deep-dive data investigation.
- At least 5 years working in information technology and systems analysis, with a strong preference for experience within an integrated manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey information clearly across all levels of the organization -from executive leadership to non-technical stakeholders.
Skill Competencies
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
