Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Psychiatric Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager to lead our psychiatric nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the psychiatric nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols specific to psychiatric care

- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists

- Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed

- Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize department efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in psychiatric nursing, with a minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting

- Prior management or leadership experience in a healthcare environment

- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and mental health regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
