What You’ll Do as a Senior Salesforce Administrator:

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who can blend strong technical expertise with business insight to optimize, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform. You will serve as a key owner of the day-to-day health of Salesforce while also contributing to scalable development and automation efforts.

Reporting to the Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your work will directly shape IP Corporation’s Salesforce strategy and digital transformation journey. This role offers meaningful impact, professional growth, and the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale solutions.

What You Can Expect to Do in This Role:

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security access
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through audits, deduplication efforts, and validation rules
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities

Salesforce Development & Automation

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs
  • Implement and enhance automation using Flow, Process Builder, and custom triggers
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal systems
  • Participate in Agile product teams and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD processes
  • Utilize and support test automation frameworks and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify effective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Solution Architect to translate business needs into technical designs
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending continuous improvements

Minimum Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and automation tools
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and API integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional product teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
