🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Business partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards

• Automate reporting processes (Power Query, DAX, Excel, Power Automate, SQL where applicable)
• Improve data quality and streamline finance processes
• Support continuous improvement / simplification initiatives

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Must-have
• 3–7 years in Controlling / Finance Business Partnering, ideally in FMCG
• Strong knowledge of Power BI:
• Power Query
• DAX (intermediate+)
• Data modeling
• Solid Excel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot a plus)
• Experience with ERP (SAP FI/CO very common in Madrid FMCG)
• Fluent Spanish & professional English

Nice-to-have (big differentiator)
• Power Automate / VBA / basic SQL
• Experience standardizing or automating finance processes
• Exposure to multi-country or cluster environments
• Previous role in transformation / simplification projects
