We are looking for a Commercial Roof Service Technician to be our boots on the ground. If you know TPO, EPDM, and PVC like the back of your hand, and you are tired of the grueling production grind, this is your next step. You will run your own company truck, investigate complex leaks, and deliver high-quality repairs.

What You Will Do (The Day-to-Day):

• The Detective Work: Perform roof maintenance inspections, investigate complex system failures, and diagnose leaks on commercial (and select residential) roofs.

• The Craftsmanship: Execute high-quality, surgical repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, Shingle, and Tile systems.

• The Business: Manage your service tickets from start to finish. Perform takeoffs, submit change orders, and communicate professionally with the building owners/clients.

• The Leadership: Maintain a pristine, safe job site. Collaborate with team members and step up to assign tasks when needed.

What We Need From You:

• The Experience: 3+ years minimum (5+ years strongly preferred) of hands-on commercial roofing experience.

• The Knowledge: You must be able to read job scopes, follow repair specs, and understand manufacturer details for single-ply and metal systems.

• The Record: You must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (An MVR will be run for company vehicle insurance eligibility).

• The Flexibility: Ability to travel overnight to regional job sites, pull a trailer, and work the occasional weekend when weather or project demands require it.
