Job Description
Remote (Kansas City Metro) | Full-Time | $50,000-60,000 annual salary
At BB Imaging, we’re more than a diagnostic imaging company—we’re a collaborative, purpose-driven team dedicated to elevating diagnostic services and the sonographers who make it possible. Guided by our mission to make high-quality ultrasound accessible for every patient, we’re building a marketing function that is nimble, creative, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.
As our Marketing Generalist, you’ll be the hands-on engine behind three critical pillars of our marketing operation: Talent Marketing (recruiting), Internal Marketing (retention), and Sales Marketing (growth). You’ll work directly under the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, executing strategies developed at the leadership level with precision, creativity, and consistency across all three arms.
This is a role for a doer—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can set up and run a campaign from end to end, thinks tactically, and takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand work. You’ll have support from copywriters and graphic designers for heavier creative lifts, but you’re the quarterback who keeps it all moving.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Remote role with in-person creative meetings
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off + 8 paid holidays
- Bonus perks including paid birthday off and monthly wellness allowance
- 401(k)
- Short and long-term disability coverage for peace of mind
- Parental and bereavement leave
Your Three Pillars
Talent Marketing (Recruiting)
- Execute recruiting campaigns that attract mission-aligned sonographers and clinical staff to BB Imaging’s talent community across digital and traditional channels
- Support coordination logistics for career fairs, recruiting events, and campus outreach, including booth setup, collateral, and follow-up campaigns
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team and Social Media Specialist to translate culture moments and employee stories into compelling talent-facing content
Internal Marketing (Retention)
- Execute internal communication campaigns that strengthen team culture, celebrate milestones, and reinforce BB Imaging’s mission and values
- Develop and distribute internal and external newsletters, announcements, and recognition content in coordination with leadership
- Create and manage content templates that internal teams can use to maintain brand voice in day-to-day communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives by translating programs into well-packaged, visually consistent marketing assets
Sales Marketing (Growth)
- Execute integrated sales marketing campaigns that generate leads, support pipeline activity, and strengthen client relationships
- Develop sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, email campaigns, and presentation decks in close partnership with the sales team
- Set up and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) aligned to strategies developed by leadership
- Plan and coordinate conferences, tradeshows, and client-facing events—managing logistics, materials, shipping, and on-site representation
- Maintain and update the website and digital channels to ensure accurate, brand-compliant content
What You’ll Do
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across all three pillars—from setup and scheduling to monitoring and wrap-up reporting
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and tradeshows end-to-end: logistics, materials, travel, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Brief and manage copywriters and graphic designers, providing clear direction to keep creative assets on-brand and on-deadline
- Manage email marketing workflows, including list segmentation, automation setup, and performance tracking
- Develop working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and serve as a compliance checkpoint for all marketing materials, ensuring proper handling of PHI and alignment with healthcare privacy standards
- Maintain consistent presence across digital channels including website updates (SquareSpace), social media scheduling, and digital advertising
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, leads, engagement, conversions), providing clear summaries for leadership review
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Asana, keeping timelines organized and stakeholders updated
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, content drafting, and reporting tasks
- Ensure brand consistency across every deliverable—applying BB Imaging’s brand guide, content pillars, and voice standards at every touchpoint
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools to continuously sharpen our approach
Please note that duties and responsibilities of this position are subject to change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience—preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced small-team environment
- Demonstrated experience executing digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and/or LinkedIn—from setup to optimization
- Experience coordinating events or tradeshows, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, Mailchimp, Canva, SquareSpace, Gem, and other digital marketing tools
- Proven experience using AI tools and automation to enhance content creation, reporting, and campaign workflows
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple active campaigns across different audiences simultaneously
- A sharp eye for brand consistency—you apply standards precisely and catch inconsistencies before they go out the door
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief creatives clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Resourceful and solution-oriented—comfortable operating with direction, taking initiative, and adapting when priorities shift
- A collaborative spirit with a bias for action: you get things done, follow through, and communicate proactively
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
