This role sits at the center of client success within a fast-evolving healthcare technology environment, supporting the delivery and management of pharmacy and health benefit administration programs. You will act as a key liaison across clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of benefit changes, implementations, and ongoing account operations. The position plays a critical role in maintaining pricing accuracy, resolving complex claims issues, and ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting, you will help drive operational excellence and strengthen long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact role where attention to detail, agility, and communication directly influence client satisfaction and business performance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and efficiency across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle activities, supporting implementations, renewals, and ongoing account operations in partnership with clinical and account teams
- Execute and validate client benefit requests including eligibility updates, benefit changes, pricing adjustments, and implementation documentation
- Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance activities, including testing, claim audits, and coding validation
- Investigate and resolve claims discrepancies, system configuration issues, and client or member escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow and operational alignment
- Support reporting, reconciliation, and documentation activities including invoicing reviews and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to retention, satisfaction, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PBM, health plan administration, healthcare operations, or benefits consulting
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefit systems, claims processing, and client lifecycle management
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and location (USD 80,000 – 100,000 base salary range)
