Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs.
Shift
Days, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and other days and hours as needed.
Job Summary
This clinic seeks and individual to provide front desk registration in the outpatient clinic setting.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to; greeting patients, registration, insurance verification, cash handling, medical record preparation, scheduling appointments, procuring new patient records, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering telephone.

This position supports the efficient patient care and clinic initiatives for improving patient attendance and keeping attendance records.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, specifically in the ability to remain calm and helpful during emotionally stressful moments or crises. As someone responsible for employee records, attention to detail is critical to ensuring patient record accuracy. The ability to work in a collaborative environment with a teamwork mindset. The ability to follow processes and process data entry records. Respect for confidentiality; be able to prioritize tasks efficiently; and work in multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Education/Experience
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, and/or administrative/clerical roles.
