We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in Risk Management and Risk Control to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects across cross-functional teams
- Establish and implement risk management frameworks, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation and contingency strategies
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to align on project goals and outcomes
- Utilize tools such as Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Drive execution across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and risk reports to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management
- Strong expertise in Risk Management, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control frameworks
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technology projects
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
- Experience with governance, compliance, and audit processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM
- Experience working in regulated industries (Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or IAM risk frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with data-driven reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools
