In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, helping shape people strategies that enable high-performing teams and support organizational growth. You will work closely with leadership within G&A functions to strengthen employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure alignment between business goals and talent initiatives. This position blends hands-on HR partnership with strategic influence across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning to performance management and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional People Operations teams to design and deliver scalable programs that enhance culture and operational excellence. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will play a key role in coaching leaders, solving complex people challenges, and driving impactful workforce decisions. - Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, providing coaching and guidance to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Advise managers and employees on key people topics such as performance management, employee relations, engagement, rewards, and recognition.
- Build strong relationships across the organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Support organizational initiatives including workforce planning, organizational design, and effectiveness improvements.
- Partner with leaders to forecast headcount needs and collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure strong talent acquisition outcomes.
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements to optimize talent utilization and increase organizational impact.
- Collaborate with People Operations teams to execute core HR programs including compensation reviews, DEI initiatives, benefits, and learning and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, helping leaders navigate complex and evolving organizational challenges.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 4+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-scaling environment.
- Strong experience across core HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to organizational goals and outcomes.
- High level of curiosity, sound judgment, and ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting scaling organizations is highly valued.
