- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives that advance clinical, operational, and growth priorities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Build clear, executive-level presentations and reports that communicate progress, insights, and strategic direction.
- Design, implement, and monitor KPI frameworks to track performance, identify risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or management consulting roles.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or related industries is strongly preferred, with understanding of clinical or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen with experience developing business cases, performance metrics, and operational analyses.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
