What You’ll Do

• Pull, stage, and coordinate wholesale orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring on-time delivery
• Communicate with wholesale and retail customers on pricing, availability, and ETAs while tracking backorders through completion
• Assist walk-in customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts selection and accurate fitment (VIN verification)
• Answer calls promptly and provide clear, accurate information
• Process invoices, returns, and credits correctly and ensure all parts are billed
• Stay organized, maintain a clean workspace, and work with urgency without sacrificing attention to detail

• Previous automotive retail and wholesale parts experience
• Ability to work fast and stay accurate in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• Clear and professional communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
