This role is focused on driving outbound pipeline generation within the cybersecurity space, targeting enterprise and mid-market organizations across industries. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying security and technology decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, and IT leaders. Working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you will leverage multi-channel outreach strategies—including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling—to generate qualified sales opportunities. The position offers strong exposure to cybersecurity services like MDR, SOC, incident response, and risk advisory. You will collaborate closely with senior sales and technical teams to ensure high-quality meeting conversion and pipeline development. This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly contribute to revenue growth and market expansion in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
You will be responsible for building and managing a strong outbound pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Own outbound lead generation efforts across LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and account-based outreach.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, and IT/security leaders.
- Qualify prospects by understanding security needs, pain points, budgets, and timelines.
- Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to senior sales and technical teams.
- Research target accounts, industries, and buyer personas to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including activity tracking, notes, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Continuously optimize outreach performance through testing scripts, sequences, and channels.
The ideal candidate has strong outbound sales experience within cybersecurity or technical B2B environments, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders and drive pipeline growth.
- 3–7+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Proven success generating pipeline through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, phone outreach).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity services such as MDR, SOC, EDR/XDR, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Experience engaging senior technical and executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, IT leadership).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and structured approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary ($60,000–$65,000) plus commission and performance incentives
