Location: New Hampshire Division
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented EMS Scheduler to coordinate ambulance staffing and unit coverage. This role is critical to daily operations and requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to think ahead in a fast-paced environment. No prior EMS experience is required, we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule EMS crews and vehicles to ensure proper coverage
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needs change
• Communicate with field staff regarding shift assignments, changes, and call-outs
• Use scheduling and dispatch software to manage daily operations
• Anticipate coverage gaps and proactively solve staffing challenges
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide professional customer service to internal staff and external partners

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software, email, and basic office programs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Three dimensional thinking, the ability to visualize schedules, resources, and timing simultaneously
• Strong problem solving skills and sound judgment
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, dispatch, or operations
• Experience in healthcare, transportation, or emergency services environments
