Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize laboratory materials, equipment, and supplies for experiments and testing

- Assist scientists and researchers with experimental procedures and data collection

- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and laboratory activities

- Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

- Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals and biological materials

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must have active Louisiana license as Lab Assistant.

- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety standards

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data recording tools

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
