Nursing House Supervisor - Nursing Administration at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

This Nursing House Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing clinical activities for all nursing units. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor serves in a consultant supervision role in other hospital departments in the absence of departmental management or administration staff. The Supervisor coordinates daily central Nursing Staff assignments, coordinates patient bed assignments, and participates in nursing and hospital wide performance improvement programs. The position serves as a resource for nursing and ancillary staff to assist in evaluating the patient whose condition has the potential to deteriorate.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN required.

Licensure: Current Tennessee Nursing license required

Experience: 1 to 3 years experience & supervisiory preferred
