Director of Nursing at Gastromed, LLC – Miami, Florida

Outpatient Surgical Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care. This role is ideal for an RN with proven supervisory experience; regulatory compliance experience is preferred. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure that clinical operations meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical staffing to maintain appropriate coverage and high standards of care.
• Lead the orientation and ongoing development of clinical staff.
• Coordinate the peer review program, ensuring compliance and quality improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date policy and procedure manuals.
• Manage the in-house infection control program to uphold patient and staff safety.

• Current RN licensure.
• Supervisory experience within a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on compliance and quality.
