The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking friendly, reliable, and service-driven Cabana Servers to join our summer pool team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with members, and delivering attentive, upbeat service in a fast-paced environment.

While food and beverage experience is helpful, we place greater value on customer service skills, accountability, and attitude than on technical experience.

Anticipated Start Date: These seasonal positions are expected to begin around May 22, 2026, weather and operational needs permitting.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage members and guests in a warm, professional manner
• Provide prompt and accurate food and beverage service throughout the pool area
• Learn members’ names and preferences to deliver personalized service
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas
• Accurately enter orders and communicate special requests or allergies
• Ensure proper billing information is collected
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
• Communicate member feedback, concerns, or issues to leadership
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
